1. App Overview

Upswello provides digital tools and services designed to support business and marketing operations. Certain features of the App require a paid subscription.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Upswello offers auto-renewable subscription plans.

Subscription Details:

• Title: Upswello Premium
• Duration: Monthly / Yearly (as selected in-app)
• Price: Displayed in the app at the time of purchase

Payment Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Managing Subscription:

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Free Trial (if applicable):

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

4. Privacy Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the App
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
• Misuse the services provided

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are the property of Upswello and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law
• Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upswello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
