We know what repair shops need because we run repair shops. When we went looking for software, the tools we tried, including RepairShopr, RepairDesk, Square, and several niche products, were too expensive for an independent phone repair shop, and none of them gave us what we needed. Almost everything was manual, we couldn't track what mattered, and we couldn't see where we were losing money or whether our prices kept up with the latest part costs. We believed independent shops deserved modern, AI-powered software at a price they can afford. So we built Upswello.
