RepairShopr's Starter plan is $69.99 a month ($59.99 billed annually) for one user and is capped at 75 tickets and invoices a month. For a five-user shop, Upswello Shop Core is $69 a month. RepairShopr's Repair Shop plan, the plan with unlimited tickets, is $139.99 a month ($129.99 billed annually) for up to 10 users. For larger teams, Upswello Growth is $129 a month with unlimited users. RepairShopr's Big Chain plan for two or more locations is $149.99 per location per month ($139.99 billed annually). RepairShopr's text messages are a metered service and the number included varies by plan, while Upswello has no monthly text message cap. Subscription prices on this page exclude card processing fees on both platforms.
Parts and pricing
Upswello loads 20,000+ parts with pricing from global suppliers when you set up, so a new shop skips weeks of data entry. Upswello puts supplier prices side by side and turns your low-stock items into a daily reorder list, so you can see the best price for each part at a glance. In-app supplier ordering is not available in Upswello yet.
Payments and customer communication
Both platforms take card payments. Upswello Pay works with tap-to-pay on an iPhone or with a connected card terminal. Upswello sends text and email updates as a repair moves through its statuses, with no monthly text message cap, and customers can check their ticket status through their ticket link.
